Hair dryers always use the electric fans and heating coils to convert electrical energy into convective heat energy. When the fan rotates, the airflow flows through the heating element to the blowing cylinder. When the airflow passes through the heating coil, due to the forced convection, the heat of the coil heats the airflow, and the hot air flows out from the end of the blowing cylinder.

Security protection system:In order to better prevent the danger of overheating and fire, the safety protection system uses temperature fuses in high-speed DC brushless motors. When the temperature and current are too high, the fuse will melt and the power will be cut off.
Leakage protector:After the high-speed DC brushless motor is connected to the leakage protector, after being inserted into the socket, the leakage protection will play a monitoring function. It will monitor the current flowing out from one socket of the wall socket and passing through the circuit, and then returning to the other socket. If the leakage protector senses current leakage, it will automatically cut off the circuit.
Heat insulation function:Without proper insulation, the outer shell of the hair dryer can become very hot. The high-speed DC brushless motor runs stably to reduce heat generation, and the fan casing uses PP, ABS and plastic materials for heat insulation.
Low noisy:The general noise is now around 75db, and the noise itself is also polluted, which is harmful to the ears. Using a DC brushless motor with a decibel as low as 45db, and the noise insulation structure of the fan, the overall noise is as low as 40db.
